Our customer service department handles calls Monday-Friday
9am-8pm, and Saturday & Sunday 12 noon-5pm Eastern Standard

How long will it take to receive
my order?
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Engravable gift items
are always shipped within 5 business days. Ground delivery
can take 1-7 business days from the day it is shipped. You
can select Rush Handling on the checkout, and item will ship
within 2 business days.

What are my shipping costs?
Shipping charges are based on one delivery address. Orders
shipped to multiple delivery addresses will incur appropriate
shipping charges for each address. We base our shipping charges
on the merchandise value of your order. All orders are shipped
via UPS or FedEx.

Are there extra charges for
engraving?
Unlike most other gift companies, BlueOliveGifts DOES
NOT charge extra for engraving. All of our engraving
is done by experienced master engravers. With over 15 years
experience, you can always trust the quality and attention
to detail in every item we custom etch.

Will I be charged sales tax
on my order?
State sales tax will not be applied to your order
unless you are a New York State resident, in which case local
sales tax will be added.
